I received a J.D. from Columbia Law School in 1999 and have practiced law for sixteen years. In 1994, I received a B.A., magna cum laude, from Tufts University. I am licensed to practice law in New York, Massachusetts, and the District of Columbia.
I began my legal career as an associate in the litigation department of the New York office of the international law firm Milbank, Tweed, Hadley, & McCloy. Since then I have practiced in a variety of areas—commercial litigation, pharmaceutical litigation, employment law, and special education law. I read Spanish fluently and have worked extensively in the review and translation of foreign-language documents in FCPA investigations.
My current practice focuses on the fields of immigration law, employment law, and personal injury. I am an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, at which I regularly attend educational conferences.
When I am not working, I can be found taking long walks with my wife or making funny faces at my daughter.
