My employment law practice has focused on advising high-level employees of banks, law firms, and hedge funds in connection with retention, severance, and noncompetition agreements.
I have also represented employees in cases of unlawful discrimination on the basis of disability and gender. Here I have obtained substantial relief for clients, including a six-figure value settlement.

My goal is to provide a highly-individualized service for clients. I enjoy helping clients to prevent misunderstandings and disagreements from arising with employers. And when that is not possible, I work hard to protect the rights of my clients and provide counsel to help them avoid making mistakes that may damage their careers.
